Class Schedule

This is the starting class schedule.  Giving the additional 15 minutes allows for additional travel time.  Classes start promptly and if you are late there is a 20 burpee penalty prior to starting class.  Once 5 minutes have passed, no additional athlete admissions are allowed into class.  Class times are subject to change and we are looking to increase class schedule and times as the need arises.
